Our colleague Arno Klijbroek was interviewed by The Telegraph on Oct. 11 about the terrible missile attacks Russia has carried out on several Ukrainian cities. According to Arno, it was a sign of Putin's weakness that he cannot win on the battlefield and therefore attacks innocent civilians.
However, this probably has the opposite effect of only making the people of Ukraine more determined to fight the Russian terrorist occupiers.
